We have entered into the 2nd year of our Parish Youth Choir. Our practices are being held every Monday directly following the 7pm Mass. If you are interested in joining then please come on out, or contact Br. Pio by phone: 893-7188 ext.223 or by email: brpio.icc.truro@gmail.com

Important - The next Mass that the Youth Choir will be providing the music for is the 11am Sunday Mass February 26th. As we continue to become more familiar with the Revised Roman Missal, we will be continuing with the new Mass parts that we introduced in Advent. We would like to invite you to listen to the musical parts so that you will be prepared to sing along with us at the next Mass! Please click on the links below to listen:

2011/11/27 - The 1st Sunday of Advent heralded not only a new liturgical year and a time to prepare for the coming of Christ, but also the introduction of the revised Roman Missal. This was significant for the Youth Choir because they had to learn all new Mass parts to sing. After much practice they were well prepared and sang them beautifully to the praise of Jesus Christ!

Past News
2011/10/30 - The Youth Choir provided the music for our first Sunday Mass of the year. We celebrated together with a social after the Mass.
2011/10/24 - The Youth Choir provided the music at the Mass for the "Wind & Fire" Confirmation retreat. This was our first Mass of the year and was met with a very enthusiastic response!
2011/10/24 - Bryson Crowell, Cara Terry, Br. Pio, and Zac Amero also provided music within the retreat itself by playing/singing the theme "Let the Fire Fall".
New Members for the month of October: Bret Carroll, David Morrison, and Jaewon Choi.
2011/09/19 - We are honored to welcome Beth Terry to the Youth Choir team as a new voice director. May the Lord bless her for sharing her time and her gifts with us!
