Marriage

We ask for nine months notice to prepare well for the celebration of Christian Marriage. Preparation is required.

Matrimony is more than a private arrangement between two people. Marriage between baptized people is a sign of Christ’s love and is therefore a sacramental vocation in and for the Church. The mutual promises of the baptized man and woman and their life in accordance with those promises bring God’s grace to one another.
