| | Responsible Ministry Forms
Here are the forms needed for Responsible Ministry Protocol. If you are filling out these forms, you will also need a form for the Police Check. If you reside in town, you need to go to the Truro Police Station to request the forms to have your check completed. If you reside out of town, you may download the RCMP form, and fill it out, taking it then to the RCMP Detachment in Bible Hill.

| | RCMP Record Check Form
Please print and fill out this form for the Responsible Ministry Protocol, if you reside outside of Truro Town limits. Once you have the form filled out, take it to the RCMP in Bible Hill for them to proceed with the check. You will need to return to the RCMP in Bible Hill to pick up the results, which you will then submit to the Parish Secretary, to be put on file.

| | K of C ~ Substance Abuse Awareness Poster Contest
The Knights of Columbus are putting on their "Substance Abuse Awareness Poster Contest" from December 12th to January 9th, for ages 8 to 14. Please click on the following link to find the entry form and contest rules.
There are 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place prizes of $25, $15 and $10 for the respective winners in each age group. Local winners will be entered in the District contest, where they can win similar prizes. Put your artistic talents to work and join in!!
